Binh Van Tran Head of Finance Indochina Finance & Investment Binh is the Director of Indochina Finance & Investment. He has been with Indochina Capital since 2000 and is responsible for providing finance arrangements for third party clients and Indochina Capital related developments. Binh manages the firm\\\\\\\'s key relationships with local banks and financial institutions, is responsible in-part for government affairs, and plays a key role in the execution of client transactions. Binh also oversees investment banking services and his transactional experience includes industries such as real estate, tourism, entertainment, education, healthcare, and telecommunications. Binh also has solid experience in project development and project management. Prior to joining Indochina Capital, Binh was with Nomura Securities\\\\\\\' Vietnam operations based in Hanoi. He was awarded an AusAID scholarship for academic excellence and attended the University of New South Wales, Australia, where he received a BEc in Economics and Finance. |

Hawkins Pham Head of Advisory Indochina Finance & Investment Hawkins joined Indochina Capital in 2008 and was formerly the Head of Investor Relations, overseeing fundraising and fund reporting for each of the firm’s fund management divisions. He was also responsible for market research supporting investment transactions in real estate, renewable resources, FMCG distribution, and consumer finance. In his previous capacity, he was instrumental in raising Indochina Capital’s third real estate fund with US$152.3 million in capital commitments and launching the Mekong Renewable Resources Fund, with US$50 million in financing from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. He received his B.S. from New York University and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. |

Cung Ba Nguyen Senior Vice President Indochina Finance & Investment Cung joined Indochina Capital in 2007. Prior to that, Cung had 10 years of experiences working at leading financial service companies in Vietnam like KPMG Vietnam and Invest-Consult Group, specializing in business valuation, financial analysis, market entry research and due diligence. Cung graduated from National Economics University, Hanoi and obtained a M.S. degree in banking and finance from Monash University, Australia. |

Tuan Anh Bui Senior Vice President Indochina Finance & Investment Tuan joined Indochina Capital in 2007. Previously, he worked for four years at Ernst & Young Vietnam acting as a senior auditor in statutory and group audit engagements with a wide range of companies and industries. His experience also extended to corporate diagnostic review and full-scope accounting service projects. Tuan graduated from the Foreign Trade University, Hanoi and obtained an M.B.A. from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. |

Dung Chau Vice President Indochina Finance & Investment Dung joined Indochina Capital Advisors in 2009 and oversees research and due diligence on equity investments in the consumer goods and services sectors. He was formerly a Senior Consultant in the Financial Advisory Services division at KPMG Vietnam and a Corporate Advisory Assistant in the Transaction Advisory Services division at Ernst & Young Vietnam. Dung received his M.B.A. from Washington State University. |

Tuan Quoc Nguyen Director of Government Relations Indochina Finance & Investment Tuan joined Indochina Capital in 2008 and is responsible for all government relations activities, with a particular focus on ministries and related agencies in Hanoi. Prior to joining Indochina Capital, Tuan joined an ODA managed by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and funded by the Government of Luxembourg where he worked for 2 years before pursuing his Masters in Dublin, Ireland. Tuan also worked for the Central Region Urban Development Project financed by the ADB. Before joining Indochina Land, Tuan worked the last 4 years with CB Richard Ellis as Associate Director in charge of Research, Consulting & Valuation Department He received his BA in International Business at the National Economics University, Hanoi, Vietnam. |

Hien Thu Bui Corporate Legal Counselor Indochina Finance & Investment Hien has been with Indochina Capital since 2006. She has over 10 years of experience as a legal practitioner in Vietnam.
