Indochina Capital Advisors (ICA) is an equities fund manager wholly-owned by Indochina Capital. We manage funds and accounts with the purpose of taking exposure in a diversified portfolio of attractive public and private equity and debt instruments, including the securities of Vietnamese companies and the securities of companies outside of Vietnam with a material portion of business, operations or assets based in the country. These emerging corporates include listed and prelisted companies, privatizing state-owned entities, and private companies and ventures. ICA has been engaged in providing investment management and advisory services to managed accounts focused on Vietnamese securities since 2004. Our approach to managed accounts follows a capital appreciation strategy, targeting public listed companies and OTC companies with confirmed plans for public offering. Preferred sectors are industries that target domestic consumption or are export-oriented, allowing us to capture Vietnam's dynamic growth as an emerging market.
