Dan has over 20 years of experience in development, strategic planning and fund management, covering all real estate sectors. Prior to joining Indochina Land, Dan was at Jackson Pacific Ventures. His previous experience includes positions at Hines, Banc of America Securities Real Estate and Merrill Lynch. Dan earned a B.A. in Economics and Urban Studies with honors from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tony is a civil engineer with 30 years experience in the real estate and construction industries managing major building and civil engineering projects and business operations in the United States, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and the Bahamas. His projects include world-class high-rises such as the Williams Tower in Houston Texas and luxury hotels and resorts such as the Four Seasons Resort in Great Exuma Bahamas.

Baron is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry and has worked in Asia, the United States, Mexico, and the Pacific Islands.
